Wasn't sure about the benefit of booking through a travel agent rather than direct but the benefit is time and ease! Simple comparisons on various packages sent to you incredibly quickly with all the final price details and dates. Plus, their knowledge and expertise of the industry. What could be more simple and save me time and stress.
Couldn't be happier with how easy our booking has been so far.

10 hours agoStaff that went beyond the normal to help me in choosing a vacation.I can't thank them enough.Nothing was to much bother for them the service provided was above and beyond the normal.I would like to thank Donna who not only thought of our needs she was on hand to guide the junior staff by sharing her knowledge with them.All in all I am very happy with the guidance given .I will be using your company for a further holiday next year.

10 reviews 3 days agoGreat speedy service. We dropped in to check details for a tailor made holiday to Canada and the US. Audrey arranged everything there and then. Checking frequently to ensure that we were happy with the arrangements and making sure that hotels were suitably located.

3 days agoJoanne made our visit to Barrhead Falkirk branch very worth while.Joanne managed to successfully get me and my partner a holiday on the dates we required and answered all our questions and queries which were many.
Both suitable flights and accommodation were found and after Joanne checked the hotel website she found an upgrade to our hotel room including balcony and access to the hotel spa and use of the private day lounge for a little extra so this was an very unexpected but pleasant bonus.
All booked and done within an hour.
No problems or issues just a very efficient and pleasant visit to Barrhead Falkirk branch and Joanne’s help and advice.

4 days agoJust booked a holiday at the Halifax Branch. Sascha was great and very knowledgable. She listened to what we wanted and more importantly what we didn't want, and just as importantly her knowledge of areas and hotels, which you don't get online or in a magazine. Will certainly be using Barrhead Travel again.

He found us the best holiday to suit us and even got us a deal on the Rockie Mountaineer so we could up grade to Gold Leaf. Could not fault the excellent customer service we have received by your agent Chris, and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Chris again.

3 days agoWe went in with 2 options of where we wanted to go & told the operator what we actually wanted from our holiday. She recommended 1 of the options & found us a few options of hotels. I had looked on line but in the future wont be bothering & will just go straigh into Barrhead.
